다음세대 선교를 위한 외국어 번역 기도문 15
오직 예수 그리스도만이 기쁨이요, 소망인 아이들이 되게 하소서
이 세상을 사랑하시사
독생자 예수를 보내주시고
믿음 안에서, 우리를 구원하신 사랑의 하나님.
우리 다음 세대와 아이들이
세상의 정욕과 탐욕의 길을 따라가지 않고
오직 예수님의 십자가 구원의 사랑만이
삶의 기쁨이요, 행복이라는 가치관으로 살아가게 하소서.
아이들이 오직 말씀 안에서, 예수님을 알아가게 하시고,
예수님 이름이, 세상 무엇보다 가장 귀한 가치임을 알게 하소서
세상 가치관대로,정욕과 탐욕으로 사는 삶이
쾌락이요 즐거움으로 가득해 보일지라도
'육신의 생각은 사망이요 영의 생각은 생명과 평안이니라' 하신 말씀처럼
썩어져가는 육체의 만족만을 위해 사는 그 끝은
결국 죄악된 죽음이라는 것을 우리 아이들이 깨닫게 하소서.
우리 아이들이 오직 영의 생각 속에서
거룩한 하나님 자녀로써 구원받아
늘 주야로 보살펴주시는 그 하나님의 사랑 안에서,
이제는 죽어도 죽지 않는 영생과
천국을 확증 해주신 감사함 안에서,
어떤 필요도 미리 아셔서 채워주시는 그 풍족함 안에서,
갈 길을 등대처럼 밝게 비춰주시고
늘 좋은 것을 좋은 때에 적절히 주시는 그 인도함 아래서,
세상 그 무엇보다 값진 복음 안에서
우리 아이들이 오직 하나님 안에서만이
가장 행복한 존재라는 것을 깨달아 알게 하소서.

May our children find joy and hope in Jesus Christ alone.
Heavenly Father,
Loving God, who gave Your only Son, Jesus, to redeem us and bring salvation through faith, we lift up our children and the next generation to You.
May they not follow the ways of worldly desire and greed, but instead live with the joy and happiness found only in the saving love of Jesus Christ. Help them to know Christ intimately through Your Word, and to treasure His name above all else.
Even when the pleasures of sin may appear enticing, may our children understand that, as Your Word says, “the mind of the flesh is death, but the mind of the Spirit is life and peace.” Let them see that a life devoted only to fleeting worldly satisfaction leads to destruction, while a life guided by the Spirit leads to true life.
Fill their hearts with the reality of salvation as holy children of God. May they rest in Your unfailing love, assured of eternal life and the certainty of heaven. Guide them as a bright light, providing what they need at the right time, and let them walk in the abundant provision You graciously give.
Above all, may they recognize that the greatest joy and fulfillment are found in You alone, and may they grow to be children who understand that true happiness is inseparable from the gospel of Christ.
We pray this in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord.
