What dominates your mind is your answer and they are all right. Many great monks said that life is simple like a stream. Simple that much? Well, it's totally up to you. As long as we are able to eat foods and sleep at home, the rest of things in life is just yours. Not nessecarily simple. Go hard and make money to experience everything you want. Of course then it could be much more intricate and busy like an entrepreneur than being simple like a monk's life. But a reward that you want to achieve is coming as well. There's no only one "certain" answer.
I've begun to be a Brunch writer, since a couple of months ago, and now I'm joyful with publishing my own articles. One of the writings hit over 38,000 so far and another one, which was released right after that popular article had come out, also has been seen by many readers more than 33,000. So greatful. What I find myself is that making money is good but sharing useful thoughts and energizing somber and morose people are much greater for me than owning a Ferrari. Because reading and writing are made under a quiet environment. Silence has a deep potential to transmute my life to be burnished beause it lets me dive into profound thoughts and sink into them thoroughly.
What kind of life do you want to have? Visualize your goals, as the world-best swimmer Michael Phelps had done. Imagine as much vividly as possible what you want to do, who you want to be and how you make it happen, so that your mindset and brain make you move toward your dream, either consciously or unconsciously.
Let me describe my ideal daily morning routine, so called vilsualization. Well. I wake up at 5 or 6am and stretch my body to get my day started. Then, brush teeth, wash my face, and open the book Joy by Dalai lama and Tutu. Get inspired from those two wise men. After finshing reading about 10 pages, I go to kitchen to cook breakfast. General ingredients are sliced garlic, diced onions, eggs, and sausages with butter. Bring them out of a freezer and pour into a frypan with some canola oil. When it's cooked well, put them on a plate kindly and grab a pack of starbucks coffee beans. Grind the beans in a coffee grinder, taking about 10 to 15 seconds. Prepare a paper filter and wide it open. Put ground coffee back to a filter. Move the filter with ground coffee to a brewing machine. Grab a kettle and fill water in it. Go back to the machine and pour water into it. Click "Brew" and go enjoy the meal.
Nothing special but very important to me. Because to get inspired in the morning aspires myself to keep working on writing journals and articles here. Cooking breakfast also provides vital nutritions to make me more active and energetic. Sipping a cup of coffee comes with a smooth scent and deep dark taste. This is the ideal routine and luckily I'm settled with this habit quite well, by "visualizing" those.
On top of that, the most popular purpose to visualization is to make your ultimate goal or dream happen in reality, such as becoming the person who you want to be, having a nice place to live, driving a fancy car etc. Anything can be applied to the concept of visualization. As long as you wish and take an action, it will be approaching closer and closer to you. Remember, nothing changes without "action".
