A: There are three kinds comparative forms to compare something. The positive degree, the comparative degree, the superlative degree; they are comparative forms.
어떤 것을 비교하기 위해서 3종류의 비교 형태들이 있다. 원급, 비교급, 최상급; 이들을 비교 형태들이라 부른다.
I am as tall as Jimmy. It is the positive degree. 나는 Jimmy와 키가 같다. 이것은 원급 비교다.
I am taller than Jimmy. It is the comparative degree. 나는 Jimmy보다 키가 키가 크다. 이것은 비교급 비교다.
I am the tallest in my class. It is the superlative degree. 나는 우리 반에서 제일 크다. 이것은 최상급 비교다.

I am the tallest in my class. It is the superlative degree. ‘superlative degegree’는 두 손 바닥이 머리 위보다 높게 위치하게 하되 그 위에서 두 손을 털어 주듯이 앞뒤를 왔다가 가면 된다. )
