A: We use “just” to show very close past in front of the past verb. 과거 동사 앞에서 매우 가까운 과거를 보여 주기 위해 ‘Just’를 사용한다.
He just drank the milk. She just drank the milk (Close past) 그는 방금 우유를 마셨다. 그녀는 방금 우유를 마셨다.
Q: What does “Be about to” mean? ‘be about to’의 뜻은 뭐지?
A: “Be about to” means ‘will ’. It shows very close future. ‘be about to’는 ‘will’이라는 뜻이다. 그것은 매우 가까운 미래를 보여준다.
We have to change “be verb’ depending on subject. 우리는 주어에 따라 ‘be 동사’를 바꾸어야 한다.
He will drink the milk. He is about to drink the milk. 그는 우유를 마실 것이다. 그는 막 우유를 마시려고 한다.

A: We use “just” to show very close past in front of the past verb. ‘very close’는 두 손 끝을 맞닿게 한 후 자신의 몸 앞쪽에서 몸 쪽으로 두 손을 끌어당겨 준다. ‘past’는 손바닥을 펼친 상태에서 그 손 어깨너머에서 흔들어 준다. ‘in front of’ 손바닥이 얼굴을 향하게 하고 위에서 아래로 올라갔다 내려갔다가 해준다. ‘past verb’는 손바닥을 어깨에서 앞쪽으로 이동한 후 그 손으로 검지와 중지만을 펼친 상태에서 알파벳 V를 만들어 준다.

We have to change “be verb’ depending on subject. ‘change’는 양손을 교차로 위아래로 굴려 준다. ‘depending on’은 양쪽의 검지 손가락만 펼친 후 앞뒤로 서로 교차하며 왔다 갔다 한다.
