두 개의 단어가 만나 하나의 뜻을 만드는 동사에 대해 지도해 보자.

A: Separable two word verb can separate with an object. But, when the object is pronoun, we always have to separate them. 분리가 가능한 ‘two-word verbs’는 목적어에 의해 분리될 수 있다. 그러나 목적어가 대명사이면 항상 그 단어들은 분리된다.

turn on(불을 켜다), turn off(불을 끄다), take out(꺼내다), put down(꺼내다), hang up(옷을 걸다/ 전화를 끊다), take off(옷을 벗다), put on(옷을 입다), throw away(버리다)…………..; They are separable two word verbs. 그것들은 분리 가능한 ‘two-word verbs’ 다.
