64. What are the reflexive pronouns?

대명사 중 재귀 대명사에 대해 알아보자.

When the subject and the object are the same, we use a reflexive pronoun at the object place.

주어와 목적어가 같으면, 우리는 목적어 자리에 재귀 대명사를 쓴다.

I am looking at myself. 나는 나 자신을 보고 있다.

You are looking at yourself. 너는 너 자신을 보고 있다. You are looking at yourselves. 너희는 너희 자신들을 보고 있다.

Myself, yourself, himself, herself, ourselves, themselves, itself,: they are reflexive pronouns. ‘myself, yourself, himself, herself, ourselves, themselves, itself’ 나 자신, 너 자신, 그 자신, 그녀 자신, 우리들 자신, 그들 자신, 그것 자체: 이들을 재귀 대명사라고 한다.

재귀 대명사에 대한 내용을 이해했다면 다음과 같이 영어로 말할 수 있어야 한다.

(“you”, it has two meanings; singular noun and plural noun)
