The research has shown that a balanced mind is engaged in both the creative and analytical functions. One of the things I love about living in Vilcabamba is all the opportunities we have to engage with that creative fire. Today I got to take part in a Shipiro (resist) Indigo dyeing Workshop. Here are some of our results.
