그대의 삶으로 가르치십시오 | Teach with Your Life
1-5
성령께서 분명히 말씀하시는 것처럼, 시간이 지나면서 몇몇 사람들이 믿음을 저버리고, 거짓을 일삼는 자들이 퍼뜨리는 마귀의 망상을 따를 것입니다.
The Spirit makes it clear that as time goes on, some are going to give up on the faith and chase after demonic illusions put forth by professional liars.
이 거짓말쟁이들은 너무도 오랫동안 능숙하게 거짓을 말해 온 까닭에, 이제는 진리를 말할 능력조차 잃어버린 자들입니다.
These liars have lied so well and for so long that they've lost their capacity for truth.
그들은 결혼하지 말라고 할 것입니다. 또한 이런저런 음식을 먹지 말라고 할 것입니다. 사실, 그 음식은 하나님께서 분별 있는 신자들에게 감사함으로 마음껏 먹으라고 주신 더없이 좋은 음식인데도 말입니다!
They will tell you not to get married. They'll tell you not to eat this or that food-perfectly good food God created to be eaten heartily and with thanksgiving by believers who know better!
하나님이 지으신 모든 것이 선하니, 감사한 마음으로 받아야 할 것입니다. 멸시하며 내버릴 것이 하나도 없습니다.
Everything God created is good, and to be received with thanks. Nothing is to be sneered at and thrown out.
지어진 모든 것이 하나님의 말씀과 우리의 기도로 거룩해집니다.
God's Word and our prayers make every item in creation holy.
6-10
지금까지 그대는 믿음의 메시지로 양육받았고 건전한 가르침을 따랐습니다.
You've been raised on the Message of the faith and have followed sound teaching.
이제 그대는, 그곳에서 예수를 따르는 이들에게도 이 가르침을 전해 주십시오. 그러면 그대는 예수의 귀한 종이 될 것입니다.
Now pass on this counsel to the followers of Jesus there, and you'll be a good servant of Jesus.
신앙을 가장한 어리석은 이야기를 멀리하십시오.
Stay clear of silly stories that get dressed up as religion.
하나님 안에서 날마다 훈련하십시오. 영적 무기력은 절대 금물입니다!
Exercise daily in God-no spiritual flabbiness, please!
체육관에서 몸을 단련하는 것도 유익하지만, 하나님 안에서 훈련받는 삶은 훨씬 유익합니다. 그런 삶은 현재는 물론이고 영원토록 그대를 건강하게 해 줄 것입니다.
Workouts in the gymnasium are useful, but a disciplined life in God is far more so, making you fit both today and forever.
이 말을 믿고 마음 깊이 새기십시오. 우리가 이 모험에 우리 자신의 전부를 내던진 것은 그 때문입니다.
You can count on this. Take it to heart. This is why we've thrown ourselves into this venture so totally.
우리는 모든 사람, 특히 모든 믿는 이들의 구주이신 살아 계신 하나님을 의지하고 있는 것입니다.
We're banking on the living God, Savior of all men and women, especially believers.
11-14
입을 열어 말하십시오. 이 모든 것을 가르치십시오. 아무도 그대가 젊다는 이유로 그대를 얕잡아 보지 못하게 하십시오.
Get the word out. Teach all these things. And don't let anyone put you down because you're young.
그대의 삶으로 가르치십시오. 그대의 말과 행실과 사랑과 믿음과 성실함으로 믿는 이들을 가르치십시오.
Teach believers with your life: by word, by demeanor, by love, by faith, by integrity.
그대에게 맡겨진, 성경을 읽는 일과 권면하는 일과 가르치는 일을 계속하십시오.
Stay at your post reading Scripture, giving counsel, teaching.
교회 지도자들이 그대에게 안수하고 기도하며 맡긴 사역, 그 특별한 은사에 먼지가 쌓이지 않도록 부지런히 사용하십시오.
And that special gift of ministry you were given when the leaders of the church laid hands on you and prayed-keep that dusted off and in use.
15-16
이 일에 전념하고 집중하십시오. 그러면 성숙해 가는 그대의 모습이 사람들 눈에 분명히 드러날 것입니다!
Cultivate these things. Immerse yourself in them. The people will all see you mature right before their eyes!
그대의 성품과 그대의 가르침을 잘 살피십시오. 한눈팔지 마십시오. 끝까지 힘을 내십시오.
Keep a firm grasp on both your character and your teaching. Don't be diverted. Just keep at it.
그러면 그대는 물론이고, 그대의 말을 듣는 사람들도 구원을 경험하게 될 것입니다.
Both you and those who hear you will experience salvation.
