My last trip was to Thailand with my husband and his colleagues and their wives last January in 2020. Yes, I enjoyed it so much. Every winter we used to go to Thailand to play golf for 15 days or more. Last January our members were almost 30 persons, 15 couples. It was great The Dragon Hills Country Club in Thailand. The accommodation was the clean and wide and good view through the window. The restaurant of the accommodation was also great with very delicious meals for every time breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We played golf 27 holes a day during our stay in that Country Club in Thai. If we would play in our country with such many holes for 15 days, it would be very expensive. However, it was not so expensive in Thai. Furthermore, we don't have to pay extra money for more playing than 18 holes. Therefore, we tried many ways to play golf more and more in many holes as many as possible. It helped us a lot to improve our grade of playing golf. It was a good experience to practice my golf club until I could hit the ball exactly.

30명이라 할 때 퍼슨이 아니라 피플이다. person 은 한 명의 사람 people은 여러 명의 사람. 그러니까 이렇게 쓸 때도 한 명 더 되면 people이라고 써야 하는 것이다. 30명 즉 15 부부라는 말로 하기 위해 그냥 콤마만 했는데 거기 or을 붙여줘야 하는구나. 30명 또는 15 부부.

내가 쓴 건 영 이상했구나. 제대로 문장을 써주어야지. The Dragon Hills Country Club in Thailand was a great place to stay.

숙소는 깨끗하고 넓고 창문으로 보는 전망이 좋았다. 여기 정관사가 왜 필요할까. 나도 참. was와 had는 다른 동사니까 따로 써주어야 한다. 무조건 생략이 아니다. The accommodation was clean and wide and had a good view through the window.

The restaurant of the accommodation was also great with very delicious meals for every time(X) breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

매번 아침 점심 저녁에 굳이 타임은 따로 필요하지 않구나. 그치. 그냥 아침 점심 저녁이면 그걸 다 말해주니까. every breakfast... 오케이.

오호 여기 따로 골프가 필요 없구나. 그냥 We played 27 holes a day... 아하. 27홀을 플레이했다면 굳이 골프를 넣지 않아도 라운딩 했구나가 되니까인가 보다. 컨트리클럽은 반드시 대문자로 첫자를 써주어야 하는구나. 아하. Country Club. 태국은 Thailand이고 태국 사람 태국어를 Thai라고 하니까 여기서는 반드시 in Thailand가 되어야 한다. 오케이.

가정법이 생각날 듯 말 듯 해서 무언가 과거를 쓰는 거는 맞는데 하하 괜히 불안해 would를 넣어주면서도 이건 아닌데 했는데 아니나 다를까 그냥 played 동사를 과거형으로 써주면 되는 거였다. 만약 한국에서 친다면 매우 비쌀 텐데... If we played in our country, it would be very expensive. 그치.

However, it was not so expensive in Thai (Thailand).

이거 자꾸 헷갈리네. 태국은 타일랜드. 태국 사람은 타이. 그러니까 반드시 in Thailand가 되어야지!

Future Unreal (Second Conditional)

Remember: The be-verb is always "were" in the second conditional

실제상황과 반대되는 가정법 : If 명사 + 단순 과거형 + 콤마 + 명사 + would 동사. be동사의 경우 항상 were가 되어야만 한다. If I weren't here, I would be at home sleeping. 아하 아하 아하 학창 시절 너무나 어렵게만 느껴졌던 가정법. 그냥 단순히 과거형 동사를 쓰고.. 할 텐데에 would 동사를 쓰면 되는 거구나. 다만 be 동사의 경우 과거형은 반드시 were를 쓰도록 하고. 오케이.
