What was your major in college? State what you have learned from it and the favorite class you liked.
<내가 쓴 글>
My major in college was Thai. I have learned from it to wright, read, and speak Thai. My favorite class I liked was Lab. Let me explain it in detail as follows. It was very dark place. There was only a big screen as like in the theater. Almost 20 members of our class gathered there and saw an interesting cartoon which shows Thai family. We learned Thai through their life. Thai was very strange language for us. Therefore very dark place and very interesting cartoon made us so comfortable. I was very relief in that place so I liked that class the most. Almost 40 years have passed since I majored in Thai at university. Now I teach Thai through my YouTube channel. I already have 419 subscribers. When I was a student at university, I didn't like Thai as my major. I liked English more which was my minor. So I studied more English than Thai. But nowadays I thank Thai, because it has made me a You Tuber. I study my old book first which I have learned at university 40 years ago. And I make a short video about it. It's so interesting.

My major in college was Thai. (By taking that,) I have learned from it(X) to wright, (write,) read, and speak Thai. My favorite class I liked(X) was Lab. Let me explain it in detail as follows. (detail.)
It (The classroom) was (a) very dark place. There was only a big screen as (just) like (the one) in the theater. Almost 20 members of our class gathered there and saw an interesting cartoon which shows (that showed) Thai family. (families.) We learned Thai through their life. Thai was (a) very strange language for us. Therefore (Therefore, the) very dark place and very interesting cartoon made us so comfortable. I was very (felt great) relief in that place(,) so I liked that class the most.
Almost 40 years have passed since I majored in Thai at (in) university. Now I teach Thai (OR: the language) through my YouTube channel. I already have 419 subscribers. When I was a student at (in) university, I didn't like Thai as my major. I liked English more(,) which was my minor. So I studied more(X) English (more) than (I studied) Thai.
But nowadays(,) I thank Thai, (Thai) because it has made me a You Tuber. (YouTuber.) I study my old (first) book first (with) which I have(X) learned at (the language in) university 40 years ago. And I make a short video about it. It's so interesting.
1. My major in college was Thai. (By taking that,) I have learned from it(X) to wright, (write,) read, and speak Thai.
I have learned to write, read, and speak Thai.
2. My favorite class I liked(X) was Lab. Let me explain it in detail as follows. (detail.)
my favorite를 썼으면 다시 I liked를 쓰지 않아도 된다. 그러니 my favorite class was Lab. Let me explain it in detail.
3. It (The classroom) was (a) very dark place.
절대 잊으면 안 돼! a very dark place
4. There was only a big screen as (just) like (the one) in the theater.
as like는 아니지. as 면 as! like가 되려면 앞에 just like!
There was only a big screen just like the one in the theater.
5. Almost 20 members of our class gathered there and saw an interesting cartoon which shows (that showed) Thai family. (families.)
시제를 또 깜빡했구나. saw an interesting cartoon that showed...
Thai families.
6. We learned Thai through their life. Thai was (a) very strange language for us. Therefore (Therefore, the) very dark place and very interesting cartoon made us so comfortable. I was very (felt great) relief in that place(,) so I liked that class the most.
잊지 말자! a very strange language for us.
therefore 다음에 콤마! Therefore,
잊지 말자! the very dark place
I was very relief라고 했는데 be동사 대신 felt를 쓰니 그래 훨씬 좋아 보인다. I felt great relief in that place
I felt great relief in that place, so I liked that class the most.
7. Almost 40 years have passed since I majored in Thai at (in) university.
at university 가 아니라 in university 구나.
8. Now I teach Thai (OR: the language) through my YouTube channel.
Now I teach the language through my YouTube channel.
9. I already have 419 subscribers. When I was a student at (in) university, I didn't like Thai as my major.
in university 기억하자. at 아니다 in university 다.
10. I liked English more(,) which was my minor. So I studied more(X) English (more) than (I studied) Thai.
I liked English more, which was my minor.
So I studied English more...
So I studied English more than I studied Thai.
11. But nowadays(,) I thank Thai, (Thai) because it has made me a You Tuber. (YouTuber.)
But nowaday
I thank Thai because it has made me a youTuber.
YouTuber
12. I study my old (first) book first (with) which I have(X) learned at (the language in) university 40 years ago. And I make a short video about it. It's so interesting.
I study my old book first라고 썼는데 고쳐서 왔다. I study my old first book with which I learned the language in university 40 years ago.
I study my old first book with which I learned the language...
at university 아니다! in university 다.
My major in college was Thai. By taking that, I have learned to write, read, and speak Thai. My favorite class was Lab. Let me explain it in detail.
The classroom was a very dark place. There was only a big screen just like the one in the theater. Almost 20 members of our class gathered there and saw an interesting cartoon that showed Thai families. We learned Thai through their life. Thai was a very strange language for us. Therefore, the very dark place and very interesting cartoon made us so comfortable. I felt great relief in that place, so I liked that class the most.
Almost 40 years have passed since I majored in Thai in university. Now I teach the language through my YouTube channel. I already have 419 subscribers. When I was a student in university, I didn't like Thai as my major. I liked English more, which was my minor. So I studied English more than I studied Thai.
But nowadays, I thank Thai because it has made me a YouTuber. I study my old first book with which I learned the language in university 40 years ago. And I make a short video about it. It's so interesting.
Thank you for completing the writing activity. It is greatly appreciated. It is nice that you made an interesting piece of writing. We can see that you try to practice your English as much as you can. Good job!
NOTE:
that vs. which (American English)
That - limits the meaning of the word it modifies and is important to get the meaning of the sentence. Since it contains important information, it is not set off with commas:
또 지적받는구나. that과 which!
I like the bag that my father gave me.
The office that has two conference rooms is closed today.
Which - When the clause contains unimportant or additional information, it can be set off with commas. If you remove a clause with which from a sentence, the meaning does not change significantly.
(CORRECT) There was an earthquake in Japan, which is bad news.
Let us try removing the “which” clause:
which 절을 빼보자.
(STILL CORRECT) There was an earthquake in Japan.
(CORRECT) Our office, which has two conference rooms, is located in Toronto.
Let us try removing the “which” clause:
(STILL CORRECT) Our office is located in Toronto.
