� 간단하게 만들어 먹는 우리 집 아침밥상


삼시세끼 집밥을 챙기다 보면,
아침은 가볍게 뚝딱 차려 먹고 싶을 때가 있죠.
오늘은 감자, 검은콩 두유, 계란, 과일까지 곁들여
간단하면서도 건강한 아침밥상을 차려보았습니다.

1. 감자 삶기(Boiled Potatoes)

㉠ 감자는 껍질을 벗겨 물을 자작하게 부어준다.
(Peel the potatoes and add just enough water to cover them.)
㉡ 소금을 넣고 뚜껑을 닫고 익혀준다.
(Add salt, cover with a lid, and cook.)
㉢ 15분 정도 찐 후 젓가락으로 익힘 정도를 확인한다.
(Steam for about 15 minutes, then check with chopsticks.)
㉣ 냄비에 2~3숟가락 정도만 남기고 설탕을 넣어준다.
(Leave about 2–3 tbsp of water and add sugar.)
㉤ 이리저리 냄비를 흔들어 감자의 분을 피워준다.
(Shake the pot to coat the potatoes.)
㉥ 접시에 담아 완성한다.
(Place on a plate and serve.)

㉠ 검은콩은 이물질을 제거해 가며 흐르는 물에 씻어준다.
(Remove impurities and wash black beans under running water.)
㉡ 두유기에 검은콩, 물, 굵은소금을 넣어준다.
(Put black beans, water, and salt into a soy milk maker.)
㉢ 30분 후 두유가 완성되어 컵에 부어준다.
(After 30 minutes, pour the finished soy milk into a cup.)

㉠ 계란은 냉장고에서 꺼내두거나, 바로 사용할 경우 씻어준다.
(Leave eggs at room temperature or wash before use.)
㉡ 계란 삶는 기계에 물 1/2컵을 붓고 스위치를 켠다.
(Add 1/2 cup of water into the egg boiler and turn it on.)
㉢ 12분 정도 삶아 껍질을 벗긴다.

㉠ 참외, 오이, 사과, 계란은 먹기 좋게 썰어 준비한다.

㉡ 삶은 감자를 접시 가운데 올려준다.
