정성껏 준비한 성묘 음식과 벌초 이야기


주말 아침, 비가 부슬부슬 내렸습니다.
다행히 9시가 되니 비가 그쳐,

정성껏 준비한 성묘 음식을 들고 벌초를 다녀왔습니다.
조상님 산소를 정리하며

가족들과 함께하는 시간은 언제나 소중합니다.

㉠ 쇠고기는 불고기용으로 참기름, 소금, 후추로 밑간을 해 둔다.

→ Season the beef with sesame oil, salt, and pepper.


㉡ 버섯, 파프리카도 먹기 좋게 썰어준 후 소금, 부침가루로 옷을 입혀준다.

→ Cut mushrooms and paprika into bite-sized pieces, then coat with salt and frying mix.


㉢ 간을 해 둔 쇠고기도 부침가루 옷을 살짝 입혀준다.

→ Lightly coat the seasoned beef with frying mix.


㉣ 계란도 소금을 약간 넣고 풀어둔다.

→ Beat the eggs with a little salt.


㉤ 팬에 식용유를 두르고 계란물을 1/2만 부어준다.

→ Heat oil in a pan and pour in half of the egg mixture.


㉥ 약불로 낮추고 준비한 재료를 하나씩 올려준다.

→ Reduce to low heat and place the prepared ingredients one by one.


㉦ 나머지 계란물도 부어준다.

→ Pour the remaining egg mixture as well.


㉧ 밑면이 익으면 접시를 활용하여 뒤집어준다.

→ When the bottom is cooked, flip using a plate.


㉨ 다시 뒤집어 준 후 꾹꾹 눌려 나머지도 익혀 접시에 식혀준다.

→ Flip again, press lightly, and cook through, then cool on a plate.


㉩ 도마에 올려 먹기 좋은 크기로 썰어 완성한다.

→ Place on a cutting board, slice into bite-sized pieces, and serve.





2. 가지전(Pan-fried Eggplant)

㉠ 계란을 먼저 풀어둔다.

→ Beat the egg first.


㉡ 가지는 먹기좋은 크기로 썰어 소금을 뿌려 밑간을 해준다.

→ Slice the eggplant and season lightly with salt.


㉢ 비닐봉지에 가지와 감자전분을 넣고 이리저리 흔들어 옷을 입혀준다.

→ Put the eggplant and potato starch in a plastic bag, shake to coat evenly.


㉣ 팬에 식용유를 두르고 가지에 계란물을 입혀 하나씩 올려준다.

→ Dip the eggplant in the beaten egg and fry in a pan with oil.


㉤ 앞뒤 노릇하게 구워 접시에 담아준다.

㉠ 동태살은 해동하여 물기를 닦아낸다.

→ Thaw the pollack fillet and pat dry.

㉡ 소금 후추로 밑간을 해둔다.

㉢ 감자전분을 뿌려준다.

→ Coat with potato starch.

㉣ 팬에 식용유를 두르고 계란물을 입혀 하나씩 올려준다.

→ Dip in beaten egg and fry in a pan with oil.

㉤ 고명으로 붉은고추를 얇게 썰어 올려준다.

→ Garnish with thinly sliced red chili.

비가 그쳐서 다행히 벌초도 하고,

성묘 음식도 조상님께 올릴 수 있었습니다.
호박나물, 숙주나물, 가지나물과

정성껏 만든 전들을 차려 마음이 든든했습니다.
깨끗하게 정리된 산소를 보니

한결 상쾌한 기분이 들었답니다.
