퇴직 동기들과의 1박 2일 여행,

설레는 마음으로 떠나기 전
집에 혼자 남을 남편을 위해 정성껏 준비한

나물반찬 4가지입니다.
간단하지만 영양 가득한 반찬으로

든든한 식탁을 챙겨두었어요.

1. 무콩나물무침 (Seasoned Soybean Sprouts with Radish)

재료 (Ingredients)

콩나물 200g (200g soybean sprouts),
무 100g (100g radish),

㉠ 무는 채썰어주고 콩나물은 씻어준다.
(Shred radish and rinse the soybean sprouts.)
㉡ 냄비에 물 1/2컵 붓고 콩나물과 무를 넣어 뚜껑을 닫고 삶는다.
(Boil sprouts and radish with 1/2 cup of water.)
㉢ 김이 오르면 2분 뒤 불을 끄고 여열로 익힌다.
(After it steams, turn off heat and let it steam.)
㉣ 마늘, 액젓, 참기름, 깨소금 넣어 무친다.

㉤ 반찬통에 담아 완성한다.

㉠ 끓는 물에 소금을 넣고 삶는다.

㉠ 호박과 홍초를 썰어준다.

㉡ 팬에 식용유 두르고 마늘을 볶는다.

㉠ 실파와 홍초는 잘게 썰어준다.

㉡ 가지는 손질 후 1/2로 잘라 삼발이에 10분 찌기.

㉢ 먹기좋은 크기로 썰어 볼에 담아준다.

남편이 밥 차려 먹기 편하다고 좋아하더라고요.
