반찬 만드는 날, 우리 집 밥상 책임지는 집반찬 4가지



주말이나 한가한 날, 반찬 몇 가지만 만들어 두면

한 주 식탁이 든든해집니다.
오늘은 부담 없이 만들 수 있으면서도 활용도 높은

집반찬 4가지를 한 번에 준비했어요.

1.콩나물무침(Seasoned Bean Sprouts)

㉠ 콩나물은 삶아낸 후 멸치액젓, 마늘, 참기름, 깨소금을 넣고 무쳐준다.
(Boil bean sprouts, then mix with fish sauce, garlic, sesame oil, sesame seeds)
㉡ 그릇에 담아준다.

㉠ 삼겹살, 대파는 먹기 좋게 썰어준다.
(Cut pork belly and green onion)
㉡ 마늘도 편썰어준다.
(Slice garlic)
㉢ 팬에 식용유를 약간 두르고 마늘을 볶은 후 삼겹살을 넣어준다.
(Stir-fry garlic, then add pork belly)
㉣ 삼겹살이 거의 익으면 굴소스를 넣어준다.
(Add oyster sauce)
㉤ 흰 부분 대파, 맛술, 후추를 넣어준다.
(Add white part of green onion, cooking wine, pepper)
㉥ 파란 부분 대파, 참기름, 깨소금을 넣어준다.
(Add green part, sesame oil, sesame seeds)
㉦ 그릇에 담아 완성한다.

㉠ 양배추, 당근, 사과는 채썰어준다.
