㉠ 닭고기는 꽁지와 기름기를 제거해 준다.
(Remove the tail and excess fat from the chicken.)

㉡ 양파는 껍질째 1/2로 잘라 마늘과 생강을 썰어준다.
(Cut the onion in half with skin on, slice garlic and ginger.)

㉢ 압력솥에 닭고기, 양파, 마늘, 생강을 담아준 후 물을 부어준다.

㉥ 압력솥 추가 울린 후 중불로 줄여 20분 정도 삶아준다.
