명절 뒤끝, 느끼함 잡아줄 비빔국수와 등심구이 한 상




명절 음식, 맛있게 먹고 나면 어김없이 찾아오는 느끼함.
전과 갈비, 잡채까지 이어진 기름진 식탁 뒤에는
새콤달콤한 음식이 간절해집니다.

그래서 준비한 메뉴,
상큼한 비빔국수와 담백한 등심구이입니다.
입안은 개운하게, 속은 편안하게 정리해 주는 한 상이에요.

㉠ 배와 사과는 껍질을 벗겨 갈아준다.
