텃밭 봄채소로 만든 건강 밑반찬 5가지 + 가자미구이 한 상



후배네 텃밭에서 직접 수확해 온 싱싱한 봄채소로
입맛 돋우는 밑반찬을 만들어 보았습니다.

민들레, 머위, 봄동처럼 향긋한 제철 나물은
간단한 양념만으로도 충분히 깊은 맛을 내주어
건강한 집밥을 완성해 줍니다.

㉠ 민들레와 초벌부추는 이물질을 제거한 후 씻어둔다.
(Wash dandelion and chives thoroughly after removing impurities)

㉡ 끓는 물에 소금을 넣고 준비한 재료를 넣고 삶아낸다.
(Blanch vegetables in salted boiling water)

㉢ 얼른 찬물에 담가 헹궈 색을 살려준다.
(Rinse in cold water immediately to preserve color)





1.시금치나물(Seasoned Spinach)

▶ 재료 :

㉠ 데친 시금치는 먹기좋은 크기로 썰어준 후 마늘, 액젓, 참기름, 깨소금을 넣고 무쳐준다.

㉠ 데친 봄동은 먹기좋게 잘라준다.

㉡ 된장, 참기름, 깨소금을 넣고 조물조물 무쳐준다.

㉠ 풋마늘을 먹기좋은 크기로 썰어 양념을 넣고 무쳐준다.

㉠ 민들레와 초벌부추를 섞어준 후 멸치육젓으로 간을 해준다.
