오늘은 '언어 씹어먹기' 2일 차다. 스페인어 공부를 시작한 지 이틀째.
나는 직업상 '언어 공부'를 빼놓을 수 없기 때문에, 스페인어를 배울 때는 '공부' 말고 또 다른 방법을 찾고자 했고, 그 결과 비교적 '놀면서' 공부할 수 있는 방법으로 '종이의 집'을 선택했는데, 오늘같이 정신없이 바쁘고, 밖에 나가 있는 날에는 넷플릭스를 일상생활 도중에 보는 게 사실상 어려울 것 같다는 생각을 했다.
그래서 생각해 낸 게, 차 안에서 왔다 갔다 하면서 '스페인어' 노래를 들으면서 리스닝을 연습하고, 쉐도잉을 하면서 노래도 부르고, 신나게 운전하면서 스페인어도 공부할 수 있을 것 같다는 생각이 들었다!

오늘 내가 배우고자 했던 곡은 'Despacito'이다. 전체적인 가사는 앞으로 일주일 동안 천천히 학습해가는 걸로 하고, 우선은 제목에 대해서 조금 더 찾아보기로 했다.

What does despacito mean?
Despacito means something like ‘extra slowly‘, with a connotation of a good vibe feeling. It is a Spanish diminutive, stemming from Spanish word for slow or slowly, which is despacio.

– add a demeaning element.
예를 들면:
casa (house) –> casita (little house, home)
chica (girl) –> chiquita (little girl, honey)
pobre (poor) –> pobrecito (poor baby)
*chiquita 같은 경우 학교에서 선생님들이 학생들 부를 때 자주 썼던 단어.
*pobrecito/pobrecita 같은 경우 울고 있는 학생들 달랠 때 자주 썼던 단어.
