People live on dreams.
사람들은 꿈을 먹고 산다.

So a reason why people work is also a choice of making their dreams come true.
사람들이 일하는 이유도 자신의 꿈을 이루기 위한 하나의 선택이다.

Therefore when you choose a company, you have to think at first whether its goals between individual and cooperation are same or not.
그래서 회사를 선택 할 때 있어서도 회사와 나의 꿈이 같은지 먼저 생각을 해봐야 한다.

But when you find out there is nothing in common or the goals begin to diverge between a company and its employee, then you will have to find your own way.
그런데 회사와 직원 간의 그 어떤 공통점도 찾을 수 없고 그 목표가 각자 나뉘어 질 때, 개인은 자신만의 길을 찾아 나서야 한다.

Because none of firms can totally satisfy each person's needs, staying or going on another ways are up to you.
왜냐하면 그 어떤 회사도 개인의 요구를 완전히 만족 시켜 줄 수는 없기에 머물거나 다른 길을 가는 것은 개인에게 달려 있다.

Mostly companies try to hold their employees who want to leave in regards of the time they have spent with but also its organization stability.
대부분 회사는 직원들과 함께 해온 시간 뿐만 아니라 조직의 안정성을 위해 떠나려는 직원을 잡으려고 한다.

Quitting a job is not because of a problem with somebody. It happens because things alway change. None of both have to be complained.
일을 그만두는 것은 누구의 문제 때문이 아니다. 상황은 바뀌기에 그럴 수 있다. 누구도 비난 받을 필요는 없다.
