와바시는 미국에서 몇 안 되는 남자 단성 대학이다. 여자 단성 대학은 웰즐리, 스미스, 브린마, 마운트홀리요크 등 비롯해 여러 대학들이 있다. 인디애나주 크로퍼드빌에 있는 와바시는 전체 학생 900여 명의 작은 대학이다. 그러나 강한 대학이다. 학생들끼리 형제애로 뭉친 독특한 대학이다. 이 대학 학생들은 열심히 공부한다는 자부심을 가지고 있다.
교수들과 학생들은 이 학교에 대한 자부심이 강하고, 교수들은 학생들에 대한 각별한 애정을 갖고 있다. 학생들은 패기가 넘친다. 고등학교 성적이 뛰어난 학생도 이 학교에 오지만 중간 성적의 평범한 학생들도 이 대학에 온다.

SCHOLARSHIPS & FINANCIAL AID OPPORTUNITIES FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS
Trustee International Scholarships
Two merit-based scholarship awards covering total direct cost of four year attendance, including tuition, fees, and on-campus room and board are offered. Personal health insurance costs are not covered by this scholarship. Trustee scholarship awards are based on character, leadership and academic accomplishment as documented within the admissions application. Awards are renewable up to eight semesters and require satisfactory academic progress. All international students with a complete admissions application on record by February 15, 2020 will be reviewed for the Trustee Scholarship Awards.
Presidential International Scholarships
Merit-based scholarships starting at $30,000 per year are offered. All Presidential Scholarships are renewable up to eight semesters and require satisfactory academic progress. Presidential scholarships are awarded based on the overall strength of an applicant's record as documented within the admissions application. Applicants whose families demonstrate the ability to cover cost unmet by Wabash financial assistance will be given additional consideration. Priority is given to students with a complete admissions file on record by February 1, 2020.
Need-Based Financial Aid
Students must provide complete financial information (i.e., savings, investments, salaries, etc.) so that Wabash can best assess the student's financial need. A typical need-based package may consist of a combination of campus employment and a very limited number of grants in addition to any need-based scholarships that may be awarded. Travel expenses and summer expenses will not be covered by an aid award. In order to be considered for admission and financial assistance, all applicants must be able to document the ability to provide for expenses not covered by even our best awards.

2021학년도 미국대학 입시 시즌이 본격 시작됐다. 해외교육 전문 컨설팅 기관인 미래교육연구소는 12학년과 11학년들을 대상으로 대학선정, 원서작성, 에세이 첨삭, 미국 대학 장학금 신청 등 모든 과정을 도와주는 입시컨설팅을 제공하고 있다. 더불어 학비가 저렴한 아시아-유럽대학 입시도 도와주고 있다. 또한 매주 수요일 오후 2시에 미국 대학과 아시아 대학 무료 그룹 상담을 하고 있다. 상담 신청은 아래 연락처로 등록하면 된다.
