어떤 선택을 하든

어떤 선택을 하든 우리가 선택하는 그 길에 더 나은 것과 더 덜한 것은 없다. 선택의 길들에는 체험과 감정과 인연의 그물망이 있기 때문이다. 우리가 만약 덜한 것을 선택한다해도 그 길에는 우리에게 주는 교훈이 있다. 우리가 만약 더 나은 것을 선택한다면 그 길 또한 우리에게 교훈을 준다. 우리는 늘 가치에 대한 판단을 하면서 살고 있지만 우리가 자각하지 못하는 깊은 심연(abyss)에서는 우리의 더 나은(바람직한) 선택을 알려 준다.

만약 우리가 신이라면 미리 모든 것을 알고 선택할 것이다. 물론 우리도 신이다. 경험을 통해 더 높은 차원의 선택과 더 확장된 틀을 선택하는 신. 그것이 우리가 아는 모든 것이다. 신은 우리 미래를 결정하지 않고 결정할 수도 없다. 다만 우리를 통한 더 확장된 신이 그것을 순간순간 결정할 뿐이다.

No matter what choice we make, there is no better or worse path we choose. This is because the paths of choice are a web of experiences, emotions, and relationships. Even if we choose the lesser one, there is a lesson for us on that path. If we choose the better one, that path also teaches us a lesson. We always live while making judgments about value, but in the abyss that we are not aware of, our better (desirable) choices notify us.

If we were God, we would know everything in advance and make our choices. Of course, we are God too. God who chooses a higher level of choice and a more expanded framework through experience. That is all we know. God does not and cannot determine our future, but only the expanded God through us determines it moment by moment.
