Remember me, Hayley in the USA?(e-mail). I told you I’d write a letter! So here it is!
I’m writing after I finished my exam- I finished early, and we’re not allowed to leave the room until everyone has finished. I have more tests tomorrow. They’re Evil! Do you have to take exams in your school? We only have to take exams in High School. Here’s how the U.S. schools work.
Elementary School
1st grade-age 6 through 8th grade-age 13
High School
9th grade-age 14 through 12th grade-age 17
College
age 18-22(not compulsory)
(I’m in 9th grade.)
After I leave school today, I’m going to go shopping with some of my freinds! I’m so happy! What do you like to do with your friends?
Guess what? In the U.S., we have spring holidays, 1 whole week with no school! I’m so happy, because I’m going SCUBA DIVING in the British Virgin Islands, some tiny islands in the Caribbean Sea! I’ll send you a postcard when I get there, but I won’t be there until March or April. I can’t wait!
Oh, answering your question. I have 1 little brother (he’s 13, too). He’s annoying some-times, but a lot of the time, he’s very nice. I also have a dog, named sammy. He’s SO CUTE! Do you have any pets?

오늘 학교를 마친 후에, 나는 내 친구들과 쇼핑을 갈 거야! 난 정말 행복해! 친구들과 무엇을 하는 것을 좋아하니?
그거 알아? 미국에서는 1주일 내내 학교에 안가는 봄방학이 있어! 카리브 해의 작은 섬인 영국령 버진 아일랜드에서 스쿠버 다이빙을 하러 가기 때문에 너무 행복해! 도착하면 엽서를 보내겠지만 3, 4월이 되어서야 도착할 거야. 난 기다릴 수 없어!
오, 네 질문에 대답할게. 나에게는 남동생이 한 명 있어.(동생은 13살이야.) 가끔 귀찮게 굴지만, 대부분의 경우, 아주 착해. 나는 또한 새미라는 개를 가지고 있어. 정말 귀여워! 너도 반려동물이 있니?
