The foundation of this process of selfassurance is 'the repeatition.'
In the beginning of my journey to be proficient in English, I just repeated everything I heard in English.

I listened every singlie word of one clip of CNN News to dictate until I can write down any similar word which can be either right or wrong.
While doing my stepper routine today, I just reminded of the word 'repeatition,' all of sudden.
I will adjust myself to the process of selfassurance since now.
It would be hard, lonely and miserable sometimes but I will repeat what I have to do to have selfconviction.
Regaining myself who was always certain and confident is one of crucial life purpose that I am so willing to achieve this year.
