If you have a bad feeling, let it go. If you let go, it will naturally disappear. If you hold bad feelings in your heart and keep thinking about them, the wave of bad feelings is further amplified. Bad feelings lead to other bad feelings.


Bad feelings should be allowed to leave the mind naturally. If you hold on to the flowing emotions and amplify them, only you will suffer. It is not the events that have happened to us that cause us pain, but the painful thoughts we have about them. When the mind is noisy, the world looks noisy, but when the mind is quiet, the world also looks calm.
