Today I read a book about the concept frame. A frame is like a window through which we view the world.
you may have heard of the story called' Frog in the Well' where the frog can only see the world through the narrow opening ot the well. As a result the frog migt believe that he is the most important creature in the world.
But, as we know, that it is not ture. Everyone has their own frame, which can be either small or large. However, the important thing is that frame is just a frame. Even if the frame is large, It still only reveals a part of the world. Therefore, as a human being, you should always remind ourselves of the limitations we have in perceiving the world.
Secondly, It is not just about the size. It's also about the color of the lens through which we view things. If you have certain feelings about something, those emotions overlap with the object itself, distoring how you see it. This means you are not only seeing the actual object but also your emotions and memories attached to it. That is why everytime you see somthing, you may feel differently. So any factor can act as a trigger to bring back your old memories.
However the problem arises when you project the wrong emotions or thought onto something or someone, which can lead to confusion. This is because your life may start to move in a direction you don't desire. For example, If you believe that life should always be comfortable but you face many difficulties, you may start to think that something is wrong, which is completely natural. As a result, you may end up making an meaningless effort throughout your entire life.
