마치에 만난 미친

삼월이다. 마치(March). 기원전 옛 로마 달력에서는 마치가 첫 번째 달이었다고 한다. 시작은 첫 번째였으나 지금은 세 번째. 순서와 상관없이 봄이라는 계절을 여는 의미는 비슷하지 않을까 한다. 새 계절, 새 학기 새로움이 움트는 새 달이다.
춘삼월 시작하는 날, 도로 위에서 미친 아이를 만났다. 편도 3차선 도로에서 직진 신호 받고 출발하는데, 갑자기 과속 우회전으로 끼어들더니 속도를 못 이기고 1차선으로 달려들었다. 그것으로 끝이 아니었다. 뒤따르는 직진 차들은 아랑곳하지 않고 3차선까지 대각선으로 차선 이동. 어떤 행동을 할지 몰라 자연스레 브레이크에 발을 올리면서 무심결에 쓱 새어 나온다. '미친...'.
그리도 급하면 어제 나오지 왜 오늘 나와서 정신 사납게 도로를 헤집고 다닐꼬나~
It is March. According to ancient Roman calendars B.C., March used to be the first month. It started first but now it is the third. Regardless of the other, I think the meaning of opening the season of spring is similar. It is the time when many things start anew, such as a new season and a new semester.
On the first day of March, I met a crazy car on the road. The signal changed on the three-lane road and started going straight, but suddenly a car cut in with a speeding right and entered the first lane at high speed. That is not the end. The car ignored the straight cars that followed and moved diagonally to the third lane. Not knowing what to do next, I naturally put my foot on the brake pedal, and the words "Crazy..." leaked out of my mouth.
If you're in such a hurry, you don't come out yesterday, why are you out today and driving on the road in a crazy way?
三月だ。紀元前の昔のローマ暦ではマーチが最初の月だったという。始まりは一回目だったが、今は三回目。順番と関係なく春という季節を開く意味は似ていると思う。新しい季節、新しい学期のように新しさが芽生える月だ。
三月の初めの日、道路の上で狂う車に会った。片道三車線道路で直進信号を受けて出発するが、突線目の前に右折車が素早く割り込んできた。その車はスピードに勝てず、一車線で走った。それだけではない。その車は後ろの直進車を無視して急いで三車線まで斜めに移動した。どんな行動をするか分からず、自然にブレーキに足を乗せながら、思わず口からすっと漏れる、「狂う。。。」
そんなに急なら昨日出て来るのに、どうして今日出て来てあわただしく道路を走り回るんだろう。
산수유도 목련도 움트고 있다. 하루이틀 날이 따뜻해지면 꽃이 세상 구경 나올 만한 날씨다. 눈비 예보가 있어 꽃을 볼 수 있는 날짜는 좀 늦춰질 수 있겠으나, 우야든 둥 춘삼월이다.
도로 위 무법자들에게 친구가 언제가 알려 준 말이다. '그리 바쁘면 어제 나오지, 오늘 나와서 그리 서두르냐'고. 듣는 순간 백배공감했다.
연휴의 첫날, 사고 없는 무탈한 하루이길 바라본다.
