Enchanting by a Lady of Quiet
I do not seek the crowd’s acclaim,
nor chase the spark of fleeting flame.
My heart, though still, does softly yearn
for truths that gentle souls discern.
The world may praise a louder grace,
a wit that dances, bold in place.
Yet I have found, in silence deep,
a love that wakes while others sleep.
He spoke not much, nor bowed with flair,
but met my gaze—and lingered there.
No polished phrase, no practiced behavior,
just quiet warmth that reached my heart.
I dared not dream, yet dreams took flight
in stolen glances, veiled in light.
A touch, a pause, a breath between—
enough to stir what lies unseen.
Though others scoff at love so still,
and call it fancy, not of will,
I know what passed, though none may see—
a moment held eternally.
So let the world in bustle spin,
its noise shall not disturb within.
For love, once felt with such clarity,
needs no defense—
It is… enchanting.

세련된 말투도, 훈련된 행동도 없이,
그저 내 마음에 닿는 고요한 온기 뿐이었습니다.
나는 감히 꿈을 꿀 수 없었지만,
꿈은 빛에 가려진 채 훔쳐진 시선으로 날아올랐습니다.
한 번의 손길, 멈춤, 그 사이의 숨결만으로도
보이지 않는 것을 흔들기에 충분했습니다.
다른 사람들은 사랑을 여전히 비웃으며
그것은 의지가 아닌 환상이라고 부르지만,
나는 지나간 일이 무엇인지 압니다.
비록 아무도 그 순간을 영원히 간직하지 못할지라도요.
그러니 세상을 바쁘게 돌아가게 하세요.
세상의 소음은 우리의 내면을 어지럽게 할 수 없어요.
그 토록 분명하게 느낀 사랑은
변명이 필요 없습니다.
