Do you think that people and animal can talk each other? I think that it is impossible. This book <Evie and her animal friends> is about one girl called Evie has an ability that can talk with animals. Because of the ability, many things happen. I willtell you the story.
Evie’s interest is animals. But, Evie is not an ordinary person. She is an extraordinary person that can talk with animals. Evie’s Grandmother and mother have the same ability as Evie. Unfortunately, Evie’s mother already died. It’s because of a person called Motimer J. Motimer. He is a very wicked person that has very strong ability as same as Evie’s. He wanted to rule the whole world with his ability. He forced to be his side to Evie’s mother. But she refused. So, he killed Evie’s mother.
Thus, Evie and Evie’s father tried not to tell anyone about Evie’s ability. Evie wanted to communicate with animals. But, she couldn’t use it because of Motimer. Few days later, she went to the zoo. one kid that Evie knows went inside the lion’s cage!
So, Evie used the ability to save the kid. She saved the kid, but the kid said that Evie can talk with animals at the interview. Finally, Motimer came to Evie’s village...
I have chosen this book because of the book cover. Also, the story of the book was so fun and interesting! At the front, it was kind of boring. But, after that boring part, the story was amazing! I liked the conclusion too! Although you are not interested in animals, I think that this book can be interesting to you, as well.

동물과 사람이 대화할 수 있다고 생각하는 사람이 있을까? 나는불가능 하다고 생각한다. 이 책 <에비와 동물친구들>은 에비라는 여자 아이가 동물과 마음으로 대화할 수 있는 능력을 갖게 되는데, 그 능력 때문에 일어나는 이야기들을 담고 있다.
에비는 동물에 관심이 많은 아이 였다. 하지만 또한 평범한 아이가 아닌 동물과 대화할 수 있는능력을가진특별한 아이였다. 에비의 할머니와 엄마도 동물과 대화할 수 있는 능력을 가졌는데, 에비의 엄마는 이 때문에 죽었다. 왜냐하면, 동물을 조종할 수 있는 능력 (대화할 수 있는 능력이 매우 세다)을 가진 모티머 제이 모티머라는사람은 아주 악랄한 사람이다. 그래서 그 능력을 가지고 세상을 지배 하려고 했는데, 동물과 대화할 수 있는 능력을 가진 사람들을 자신의편에 속하게 하려고 강요했다. 아니면 죽였다. 에비의 엄마는 거절을 하는 바람에 죽게 된 것이다.
에비와 에비 아빠는 그 위험 때문에 다른 사람들에게 능력이 있다는 것을 들키지 않기 위해 노력했다. 에비는 동물과 대화하고 싶었지만, 어쩔 수 없이 능력을 못 쓰게 되었다. 하지만 며칠뒤에, 동물원에 갔다가, 자신이 아는 아이가 사자 우리에 떨어져서 구했는데, 동물과 대화하는 능력을 사자한테 써서 살아난 것이다. 하지만, 운이 안 좋게도 구해준 그 아이가 에비가동물과 대화하는 능력이 있다고 얘기 하는 바람에 위기가 찾아온다.그렇게 모티머 제이 모티머가 에비네 마을에까지 찾아오게 되는데..
내가 이 책을 고른 이유는 책의 표지가 되게 특이해서 였다. 그런데, 책 내용이너무 재미 있어서 깜짝 놀랐다. 앞부분 에는 배경설명이 있어야 하니까 어쩔 수 없이 조금 지루했는데, 뒷부분은 정말 흥미로운 내용의 연속이었다! 맨 마지막 결말이 마음에 들었다. 에비가 이미 아는 동물들의 도움을 받아서모티머 제이 모티머가 죽었다!그 덕분에 에비와에비 아빠, 할머니는 불안함에서 빠져나올 수 있었던 것이다. 이 책은 동물에 관심이 없어도, 재미있게 읽을 수 있을 것이다!
