I finally got some rest today. Around 3:30PM, after finishing all my classes, I went out to spend some time with my boyfriend. I managed to find an amazing place to chill. This place features a sauna and it has mats where we could lie down while reading a book or just to take some rest.

The Ice Room

The place is separated into 4 different spaces. One of the spaces includes a table where you can read a book. And there is a space where we could lie down on the mat and take a rest. The third space includes an art exhibition which was filled with drawings and small sculptures. The last one is the dry sauna. It has 3 different choices for the heat in the room which is at 45, 81, and 90 degrees. There’s also a 10 degrees room which is named as an ice room.

So we went and tried all the varying rooms. After experiencing the hot sauna, we tried the Ice room. By staying in that room, we had a really good healing time. We went to the heat room first then to the ice room, after that, we sat on the mat and we repeated this sequence 4 times. Every moment was spent relaxing and having a good time. It made me feel invigorated.
