My aim is losing 3kgs
Lately, I’ve been feeling happy. I’m content with my work and my life outside of work. It is in equilibrium. Last Friday, I started dieting. I aim to lose 3kgs. I purchased weight loss products and they costed me $100.
1. Eating light for dinner
I bring a protein shake every time, but instead of eating it on my way home, Ijust have it for dinner. It was like a reward for working hard. I liked to eat Maratang which is a Chinese food. However, since I started eating a diet product(Looks lile a chinese medicine) , it made me feel full already. And I’ve been eating a protein shake continuously 3 days now.
2. Exercising with an empty stomach
I cannot make my body slim just by doing exercises. I even attended a ballet class for at least 2 times a week for 1 and a half year, but it only helps me maintain my body shape. I recently started doing yoga and I usually do it with an empty stomach. It makes me sweat a lot and it helps me lose fat.
3. An expensive lesson
Even my boyfriend does not know my weight, but I did declare to lose fat and I opened up my present weight to my friends. I made a declaration to some people. For a woman, it’s hard to open up about our weight. But I decided that this summer, I would have the hottest body, one I’ve never had! The 10 people I opened up to will be the witness to my success!
