입찰단계(Bidding Stage), 엔지니어링단계(Engineering Stage) 그리고 시공 이후 엔지니어링 서비스(Engineering Service) 이렇게 세 단계로 나누어 정리합니다.
01. 입찰 단계
(Bidding Stage)

1 단계 :
1) Project Planning (Project를 구상하는 가장 초기단계)

4) Bid Package 구성 및 Bidder 입찰 의향서 접수
5) 사전적격심사(Pre-qualification)및 Potential Bidder 선정

◼ ITB (Invitation to Bidder) 주요 내용
- Agreement : 입찰 및 수주 후 실제 수행 시 양사 간 지켜야 할 기본적인 사항 등에 대한 규정
- Project Overview : 프로젝트의 규모, 위치, 완료 일정 등
- Plan & Schedule : 프로젝트 일정 및 주요 이벤트
- Scope of Work (SOW) : 계약 범위, 엔지니어링, 기자재 구매, 시공 및 시운전 등 단계별 역무 범위
- Specification & Drawing : 발주처에서 제공하는 도면과 기술 도서류, 프로젝트 기술 요구사항
- Health, Safety and Environment : 안전 환경에 대한 요구사항
- Quality : 엔지니어링 및 제품의 품질에 대한 요구사항
