The fact that I am currently working on survival self-development 1:1 coaching, which has changed from the reward-oriented performance management of the MZ generation, is already known to the reader. In order to officially qualify as a certified coach, the Korean Coaches Association (KCA) coaches by stage and level at KAC, KPC, and KSC grades with education and training over a certain amount of time and actual coaching time. It is a reality that they are working as coaches belonging to public institutions or organizations. If you have the official KPC coach qualifications, you receive a coaching fee of 100,000 to 200,000 won and it is done in reality.

I am currently coaching in my own capacity towards certification. Here, I would like to find out with the reader what coaching is and how it works. The etymology of coaching is said to have originated from a word meaning a horse-drawn four-wheeled carriage. The English word 'training', which means training, comes from 'train', which is characterized by group movement from city center to city center along a set track, whereas the attribute of a coach is 'door-to-door', that is, from where you are. It can be said that it is a 'more personalized service that accompanies customers from their current state to their target state' through the fact that they can move freely to any place they want. There are areas such as business coaching for competency development and performance improvement, career coach that sets career goals that fit one's view of work such as career, and life coach that leads to happiness in life through creativity and self-development of strategies.

A common question from employees in need of coaching I've encountered is "Can you tell me what's wrong?" It starts with,

Here I am saying to myself: 'Who among the people in this world is without problems? You can't miss it So in the first step, I listen to the story of the difficult situation of the client. In the meantime, I try to derive some keywords with my organizational skills for coaching. Everyone confuses coaching with past-oriented consulting and counselors, but coaching is future-oriented guidance led by the client's staff.

This is the story of feed-forward coaching that I have already mentioned. It is a completely different concept from the past-centered feedback-based consulting or counselors. In conclusion, although it is not as active as in the West, in the near future, business, career, and life coaching will become a necessity of life, so I will reduce this.

필자가 MZ 세대들의 보상 위주의 성과관리에서 변화된, 서바이벌 자기 계발 1:1 코칭을 현재 일하고 있다는 사실은, 이미 독자분이 알고 있는 바이다. 정식으로 인증코치 자격을 득하려면 한국코치협회 ( KCA ) 일정 시간 이상 교육과 훈련, 또 실제 경험한 코칭 시간 등으로 KAC, KPC, KSC 등급으로 단계별, 수준별로 코치가. 나뉘며 이들은 공공기관이나 단체에 속하여 코치로 일하고 있는 현실이다. 정식 KPC 코치 자격이 있다면 10만 원에서 20만 원 정도의 코칭 비용을 받고 현실에서 이루어진다.

필자는 현재 자격인증을 향한 필자 나름의 역량으로 코칭을 하고 있다. 여기서 그럼 코칭이 무엇이고 그 영역은 어떻게 되는지 독자분과 함께 알아보고자 한다. 코칭의 어원은 말이 끄는 4륜 마차를 의미하는 단어에서 출발되었다고 한다. 훈련을 뜻하는 영어 'training'은 기차 'train'에서 왔는데, 기차는 정해진 선로에 따라서 도심에서 도심으로 집단 이동 가능 특징의 반면, 코치의 속성은 'door-to-door' 즉 본인이 있는 곳에서 원하는 곳으로 자유롭게 이동 가능 하다는 점을 통해 '고객을 현재 상태에서 목표 상태에 도착하도록 함께 하는 보다 개인화된 서비스'라고 말할 수 있다. 역량 개발과 성과 향상을 위한 비즈니스 코칭, 경력 등 직업관에 맞는 진로 설정 목표인 커리어 코치, 사람의 창조성과 스스로 전략 및 찾아 삶의 행복에 이르게 하는 라이프 코치 등의 영역이 있다.

필자가 만난 코칭을 필요로 하는 직원들의 공통 질문이 "나에게 무슨 문제가 있는지 말해 줄 수 있습니까?"로 시작한다.

여기서 필자는 필자 자신만 속으로 이렇게 말한다. '이 세상에 사람 중 문제없는 사람이 누가 있나고? ' 그래서 첫 단계에선 그 내담자의 힘든 상황의 이야기를 듣는다. 그동안 코칭을 위해 필자의 정리력으로, 키워드를 몇 가지 도출을 시도한다. 다들 코칭에 대해서 과거 중심의 컨설팅과 카운슬러와 혼동하고 있는데, 코칭은 내담자의 직원이 주도하는 미래형 안내이다.

필자가 이미 언급한 피드포워드식 코칭이란 이야기이다. 이미 지난 간 과거 중심 피드백식 컨설팅이나 카운슬러와는 엄연히 다른 개념이다. 결론적으로 서구와 같이 활성화되어 있지는 않지만 가까운 미래에, 비즈니스, 커리어, 라이프 코칭이 삶의 필수품이 되리라는 필자의 생각으로 이만 줄일 까 한다.
