Stock Indexes Climbed After Iran’s Limited Retaliation Against the U.S. (WSJ. 20250623)
Stocks climbed as Iran's limited retaliation against the U.S. eased investors fears that the conflict in the Middle East would roil energy markets. Stock of telehealth provider Hims & Hers plummeted after drugmaker Novo Nordisk ended their partnership citing concerns around illegal compounding and deceptive marketing. Hims shares slid 34.6% and shares of Northern Trust jumped 8% after The Journal exclusively reported that Bank of New York Mellon has approached its smaller rival to express interest in merging.
