Summer Time

Summer time is coming. What do you automatically think of, when you think of summer?

Gyms in South Korea are really packed from May to July, because not only men but also women exercise a lot for summer to get that perfect beach body.

South Korea is surrounded by ocean, because it is peninsula, so Korean people can easily enjoy summertime at the beach. Korean people often argue about the best places to swim and relax. Choosing a certain beach could be a really difficult decision.   

I think I have been to around 9 beaches in my life. I had thought that a beach is just a beach, before I visited this place where people were surfing and swimming in the water. It is called Ingu beach, and it is located on the East Sea. When I arrived at this beach, I immediately noticed how beautiful it was. The water was completely different from other beaches, and there was no trash at all. 

Haeundae, Gyeongpodae, and Daecheon are the most visited places in the summer. It is my personal opinion that people go to these places to meet men or women. That could be the best place for single or young people, but since I am just looking for a relaxing place to swim and spend my day, I would like to visit beaches like Ingu. 

Because a majority of people go to the most popular beaches, Ingu beach is relatively quite and clean. And also, the beach is not really known to the public. 

After enjoying the beautiful water, you can eat fresh seafood near the ocean. Even though you might not eat fish and chips there, you can eat raw fish, which is used for sushi.

If you are too exhausted from your life in Korea or if you want to spend quite time by the water, I strongly recommend you to visit Ingu beach. 

You can enjoy not only a peaceful day full of swimming and surfing, but also fresh and delicious seafood.
