어제도, 오늘도 너무 춥다. 회색 하늘 밑에서 푸른 하늘을, 갈색 풀잎 위에서 푸른 풀잎을 꿈꾼다. 따뜻한 곳으로 떠나고 싶다. 그렇게 캘리포니아로 떠나면, 떠나온 그곳에서는 마냥 행복할까? 더운 여름에는 시원한 어딘가를 그리워했다. 겨울에는 캘리포니아를, 여름에는 아이슬란드를 꿈꾸며 살아가는 게 우리의 삶이 아닐까? 꿈에 대해서 얼마간 냉소적으로 말하는 나도 꿈을 꾼다. 어제도, 오늘도 너무 춥다. 핫초코 같은 한 잔의 해가 맑고 푸른 테이블보 위에 놓여있는 곳. 푸른 나무 사이를 헤엄칠 수 있는 곳. 그곳에 가고 싶다.
