Let go of tension, resist nothing, and practice flowing naturally like water. My emotions are calm today.
� What would you like to do today?
Read, exercise, and practice becoming the person I admire in the future.
✨ Good:
A master can effortlessly display their skills in any situation by letting go and remaining calm, just like flowing water. I am trying to embrace every situation and person naturally, and I’m doing well.
❌ Bad:
There is nothing.
� Learning:
Don’t cling to unnecessary connections. You can live without them. What you focus on in life will grow.
Today, I am sincerely grateful for being able to start my day healthily and refreshingly, without worries, and for filling it with things I desire.
One thing today:
Let go of tension, resist nothing, and spend the day flowing naturally.

Good decisions, control/power – decisions engraved on life – imprinted on the body – existence, identity, appearance, mood.
In the process I am moving through, like the passing seasons, friends who come and go do not need to be held onto. Life does not have enough time to carry everyone along. The people you should truly cherish are those whose names include the word “forever.” Usually, these people are few, just like the five fingers on a hand. If you do not make space, there will be no room for lifelong friends. So, do not cling to unnecessary connections. Focus on what matters, and only those things will grow in your life.
Purity is the strongest force in this world.
Write a story that connects reflection and fiction.
Never tell even a small lie, always remain pure, kind, and sincere.

Condition & Fitness Management:
� Sleep:
9 hours (12 AM – 9 AM), quality (high), skin (high), physical condition (high), emotions (high), productivity (high), efficiency (high), creativity (high).
To maintain sleep quality, condition, and skin, regular body massages and half-body baths should be maintained.
At least one detox day per week should be strictly observed.
�️♂️ Exercise and Diet:
Split routine – middle glutes, back – multi-joint exercises – complete within 30 minutes.
A master can handle any situation calmly, and an elite creates an environment where they can always remain calm.
Exercise for conditioning, not just for exercise’s sake.

Greetings should be done with your whole body.
