How are you feeling today?
Although I feel slightly heavy from overtraining, I am spending the day well by mechanically practicing my routine promises.



What do you want to do today?
Reading, exercising, and practicing to embody my future admirable self.



Good:

Despite feeling under the weather, I fulfilled my promise to myself by mechanically completing my routine.



Bad:

None.



Lesson:

Feeling discomfort rather than comfort is a sign of growth.



Gratitude Note:

I am truly grateful that I could start the day healthily and energetically, without any worries, and fill it with the things I desire.

Don’t strive for perfection; just mechanically complete the routine.

Today's Realization:

Becoming an adult means accepting without helplessness that we cannot control people and the world as we wish. Perhaps true love lies in acknowledging and accepting each other's lives, enabling mutual happiness.



There is no force stronger in this world than purity.

Take supplements within 15 minutes after lunch.

Write content connecting reflections and fiction; decide on the title first and write on a single theme.


Never lie, even a small one; always be pure, good, and sincere.

To maintain sleep quality, condition, and skin health:
Regularly schedule body massages and half-baths.
Maintain a detox day at least once a week.



Exercise and Diet:

Split routine – Hamstrings and back, multi-joint exercises – Finish within 30 minutes.

Exercise not for the sake of exercise, but for maintaining condition.



Goals:

Weekly Goal: Focus entirely on what I desire.


January Goal: Start new routines and engage in external activities.


2025 Goal: Train for character growth to become Irene—a soul embodying purity, kindness, courtesy, humility, calmness, grace, sincerity, and authenticity. Increase external activities, change time, people, and space, and become a billionaire.





Practice:

Act as if it’s already achieved – Today is a time to practice my future self.
Flow naturally like water.
The art of true love lies in not using any techniques.
The art of true conversation lies in not using any techniques.
What I see and think now determines who I am in the present.
If I cannot enjoy it, it’s a sign that something is wrong.
The place I am now is my future.
Focus solely on one thing to avoid scattering my luck.
Routine is a sacred act of finding optimal simplicity through prolonged trial and error.
Greet with your whole body.
Mindset determines posture.
Silence, moderation, and immersion.
