A Fresh Start to Monday (01/06/25)



How are you feeling today?
With the addition of a new routine, I feel a bit nervous but excited.

What do you want to do today?
Read, exercise, and practice becoming the admired version of my future self.



Good:

By practicing the most important new routine of 2025, I have been able to use my time more efficiently and productively. It reminds me that human potential truly has no limits. Great job!



Bad:

None.



Learning:

There are three types of friends in life: those for a reason, a season, or a lifetime.
I believe all human relationships are beautiful and fall into one of these three categories.

Reason: These are friends who come into our lives to fulfill a specific need, providing learning or support.


Season: These are the friends who pass through our lives like seasons. There’s no need to maintain ties with everyone, as life doesn’t grant us enough time to carry everyone along.


Lifetime: These are the people you instinctively know are meant to stay with you forever. They empower and inspire you to become better. Such individuals are rare and can be counted on one hand. If you don’t leave room in your life, lifetime friends won’t have a place to enter. So, let go of unnecessary attachments.





Gratitude Journal:

I am deeply grateful for starting the day healthily and energetically, filled with activities I truly enjoy.



Today’s Joy:

One Thing for Today: Engage in outdoor activities.

Anger = Step back.



Today’s Insight:
Confidence doesn’t come from a loud voice but from knowing your worth. Most of the people I meet today don’t speak loudly or excessively. They possess quiet confidence, simply doing their work diligently while engaging in self-care like exercising and reading.

Think of it this way: If you had assets worth a billion dollars, how would you walk, talk, and live your life? Remember, loud and noisy people are often the most vulnerable.



Condition and Physical Care:

Sleep:
10 hours (12:00 AM - 10:00 AM)

Sleep quality: Excellent


Skin: Excellent


Energy: Excellent


Emotions: Excellent


Productivity: Excellent


Efficiency: Excellent


Creativity: Excellent

To maintain good sleep, condition, and skin, regular body massages and warm baths are essential. Detox days should also be incorporated at least once a week.

Exercise and Diet:
Focus on compound movements rather than isolation exercises. Keep sessions under 30 minutes, incorporating deadlifting.



Mindset:

A true expert handles any situation with ease.

An elite individual creates an environment that allows them to remain calm.

Exercise for condition, not just for the sake of exercising.




Goals:

This Week: Act as if you’ve already achieved your goals.
January: Begin new routines with outdoor activities.
2025:

Cultivate pure, kind, courteous, humble, calm, graceful, and sincere character growth.

Increase outdoor activities.

Change time, relationships, and space.
