Feeling good, emotionally stable, and at peace.



What do you want to do today?

Read, exercise, and practice embodying my ideal future self.



Good:

Believe that discomfort in routines is a sign of growth. You’re doing great!



Bad:

Recently, I feel like I’m struggling to manage my thoughts. This reminds me that humans are inevitably influenced by their surroundings, and avoiding situations or environments that may provoke negative feelings is a skill in itself.



Lesson:

Thoughts are the cause, and life is merely the result.



Gratitude Journal:

I am deeply grateful for starting the day healthy and refreshed, without any worries, and for living a day filled with things I love.



Today’s Joy:

One Thing: Practice thought discipline effectively.

Today’s Insight:

Whether positive or negative, a chain of thoughts inevitably shapes one’s personality and environment. While we cannot directly choose our surroundings, we can choose our thoughts, allowing us to create the environment we desire indirectly but surely.

There is no force in this world stronger than purity.
Never tell even the smallest lie, always remain pure, kind, and genuine.



Condition & Physical Management:

Sleep:

10 hours (12 AM - 10 AM) Sleep Quality: Excellent Skin: Excellent Physical Condition: Excellent Emotional Stability: Excellent Productivity: Excellent Efficiency: Excellent Creativity: Excellent

To maintain the quality of sleep, condition, and skin health, regular body massages and warm baths are essential. A detox day should be maintained at least once a week.




Exercise & Diet:

Split Routine: Hamstrings, biceps, triceps

Compound Movements: Completed within 30 minutes


Masters handle any situation with ease, while elites create an environment where ease is always possible.
Exercise not for the sake of exercising, but to enhance overall condition.




Weekly Goal:

Focus entirely on what I desire.

January Goal:

Begin new routines and external activities.

2025 Goal:

Train to grow into a pure, kind, courteous, humble, calm, and dignified person filled with sincerity and authenticity.

Increase external activities.

Change time, people, and spaces.
