The Cost of Indulgence: A Weary Tuesday (01/07/2025)
How do you feel today?
I’m extremely tired today. I’ll stick to my routine mechanically and take some time to rest.
What do you want to do today?
Reading, exercising, and practicing the future self I admire.
Good:
I stayed up late chatting with a friend last night, knowing I’d be tired today. I lacked self-restraint, but the joy of yesterday was worth it. That alone is enough for me.
Bad:
Can’t I find balance in everything? If I had ended the call at a reasonable time, I wouldn’t be so exhausted today.
When you gain something, you lose something else. Thus, the foundation of wisdom is moderation.
I am deeply grateful that I can start today healthy and worry-free, filling my day with activities I genuinely desire.
One Thing: Sticking to my routine mechanically.
Three Words: Think wisely, embrace humility, avoid distrust.
Insight of the Day:
Loving someone can also mean loving them from a distance.
There are people I cherish and love deeply, yet I’ve chosen to keep a distance. Not because they are bad people—they’ve always supported me and given good advice—but because the energy I feel when I’m with them and the direction of their lives differ so greatly from my own.
So, I’ve decided to love and cheer them on from afar. This started with slower replies and politely declining their invitations, small but intentional steps toward creating space.
Their importance in my life remains, but I value my energy even more. No one but me is responsible for my emotions, motivations, and well-being. That’s why, for the sake of becoming the best version of myself, I chose to love them from a distance.
And if you also have such people in your life, know that it’s okay to cherish them from afar.
There is no force stronger in this world than purity.
Never lie, not even a small one. Always remain pure, kind, and genuine.
Greet wholeheartedly.
Declutter and reorganize.
Prepare for classes.
Sort out bank accounts.
Maintain my routine and mindset.
Sleep:
6 hours (12 AM–6 AM)
Quality: High
Skin: Radiant
Energy: Good
Mood: Positive
Productivity: Excellent
Creativity: Inspired
To maintain my sleep quality, energy, and skin, I must regularly include body massages and detox baths in my routine. A weekly detox day is non-negotiable.
Split training focused on compound movements.
Keep sessions under 30 minutes for recovery.
The elite don’t just adapt—they create environments of ease and control.
Exercise not just for fitness, but for holistic well-being.
Weekly Goal: Act as if I’ve already achieved my goals.
January Goal: Start new routines with external activities.
2025 Goal: Train myself to embody purity, kindness, humility, composure, elegance, and sincerity. Expand my external activities. Redefine time, relationships, and spaces. Achieve financial freedom.
Act as if I’ve already succeeded.
Flow naturally, like water.
The art of true love lies in being genuine.
What I see and think today shapes my current self.
If I’m not enjoying something, it’s a signal to realign.
Where I am now reflects my future.
Avoid dispersing my energy on trivial matters—focus on one thing.
A routine is a sacred act of refining simplicity through trial and error.
Posture reflects attitude; greet the world with your whole body.
Embrace silence, balance, and immersion.
