Although my body hasn’t fully recovered yet, my mind feels calm and I am grateful.
Reading, exercising, and practicing being the future version of myself I admire.
For the first time in my life, I’ve experienced something significant, but I’ve accepted it calmly and am wrapping it up well. Yesterday, I showed flexibility by not obsessing over my routine and skipping recording.
While maintaining routines regularly is good, I believe being flexible enough to cancel them for a day when needed is also a strength. I regret not taking a break from exercising on the day of the storm.
80% of all problems can be solved through discipline.
Do you know what is the rarest quality in the world today? It’s the ability to be consistent. Most people fail to realize the potential of consistency. Whether it’s exercising daily for 30, 60, or 90 days, or sticking to something else, solutions will undoubtedly emerge. Simply continuing to do something can solve 80% of problems.
I am sincerely grateful that I can start the day healthy and refreshed, without any worries, and live a day filled with the things I want to do.

Unless you create space in your life, there will be no room for lifelong friends. So, it’s okay not to cling to unnecessary connections.
