How do you feel today?
I feel full of happiness with a grateful heart.


What do you want to do today?

Reading, exercising, practicing the version of myself I admire in the future.


Good:
Although I’ve had tough experiences, I’ve learned a lot from them and have deeply reflected on life’s truths. I think I did well in this aspect.


Bad:
It’s good to stick to routines, but I believe that flexibility is also a form of strength, so sometimes canceling things for a day is okay. I regret not taking a break from exercise when there was a typhoon.


Learning:

There is nothing in this world that is guaranteed. I must be grateful for everything I have.




Gratitude Note:
Today, I’m truly thankful for being able to start the day healthily and refreshingly without worries, living a day filled with things I desire.



Today's Joy:
One thing for today: Practice gratitude so that I don’t just pass through this experience.
Three words for today: Moderation, gratitude, flexibility.



Today's Enlightenment:
Happiness is a choice. The moment I choose happiness, everything changes.

There is no stronger force in this world than purity.
Never tell even the smallest lie; always be pure, kind, and sincere.



Tasks for today:
Noble people / Novels / Three words / General cleaning / Nails / Assignment / Email to professor / Amazon return / Account organization / Control book / Amazon call / Writing folder organization.



Condition & Fitness Management:

Sleep:
16 hours (7-10)
Quality: Excellent
Skin: Excellent
Fitness: Excellent
Emotion: Excellent
Productivity: Excellent
Efficiency: Excellent
Creativity: Excellent


To maintain skin condition and overall well-being, regular body massages and half-body baths are essential.
I should also ensure a detox day at least once a week.



Exercise and Diet:
Split routine – Since my condition is not ideal, I should avoid overtraining.
Multi-joint exercises = Low-weight deadlifts
Muscle cardio, stretching – Complete within 30 minutes



A master can handle any situation calmly, and an elite creates an environment where they can always remain calm.


Let’s focus on exercises for overall condition, not just for the sake of exercising.



Growth Diary

This week’s goal: Act as if you have already achieved it.

January goal: Start outdoor activities with a new routine.

2025 goal: Become Irene, a person of pure soul, kindness, manners, humility, calmness, dignity, and sincerity through personal growth training. Increase outdoor activities. Change time, people, and environment. Become a billionaire.



Training:
Act as if you’ve already achieved it – Today is the time to practice the future version of myself.
Flow naturally like water.
The true art of love is not to use techniques.
The true art of conversation is not to use techniques.
What I see now and the thoughts I have now shape who I am.
If something I cannot enjoy feels wrong, that’s a signal something is off.
Where I am now is where my future lies.
Avoid letting my energy be scattered on unnecessary things; focus on just one thing.
A routine is a holy act of finding the optimal simplicity through old trial and error.
Greetings should be done with the whole body.
My mindset reflects my posture.
Silence, moderation, immersion.
