I feel slightly less energetic since I took a break from working out yesterday.
What do you want to do today?
Read, exercise, and practice embodying my future admired self.
Good:
I realized that in order to fill my bowl with what I truly want, it’s essential to first clear it out. I made decisions with resolve and successfully brought things to a close.
Bad:
Yesterday, I tried too hard to excel and ended up significantly reducing my productivity and efficiency. This experience reminded me that the best environment for optimal performance is one where I am relaxed, calm, and composed.
Lesson:
Spending isn’t merely "consumption" but can be a meaningful investment in enhancing the quality of life.
Gratitude Note:
I am deeply grateful to start today feeling healthy and refreshed, free from worries, and able to fill my day with things I love.

Simply accept that this is who they are and build your relationships wisely.
