Monday (03/03/2025) – A Day That Feels Like Something Good Will Happen Because My Condition Is at Its Peak

I feel so good, refreshed, and happy.

Reading, exercising, practicing becoming my admired future self.
Good:
I deliberately took a rest from exercise yesterday and focused on protein intake for recovery, which led to a great night's sleep. Today, my condition is absolutely amazing. As expected, physical strength is skill.
Bad:
None.

Today's Realization:
Thoughts are causes, and life is merely the effect. You reap what you sow. Humans do not attract what they want, but what they already are. Therefore, if I want to know who I am and what my inner world looks like, I should carefully observe my external world. This truth has never been proven wrong. Thoughts are seeds, and regardless of whether they are good or bad, they will grow and shape my life accordingly. I constantly experience this reality.
There is no force in this world stronger than purity.
Absolutely avoid thinking, analyzing, or using the computer before sleep.
Reduce protein intake, especially chicken breast, to regulate emotions.
Never tell even the smallest lie—always be pure, kind, and sincere.
