New Setup for a Sweet Sleep (Thursday, 03/06/2025)


How do you feel today?

I feel a bit heavy, and it could be due to the weather or my sleep. Either way, I’ll try to have a productive day.


What do you want to do today?

Reading, exercising, and practicing being the person I admire in the future.


Good:

For a sweet sleep, I didn’t consume any protein last night. Although I’m not fully optimized today, I think with a little more management, I’ll have a good sleep tonight.


Bad:

I couldn’t fully focus on my workout yesterday, and I didn’t enjoy it. My concentration was completely scattered, and I couldn’t manage my focus. Starting today, I’ll train to immerse myself completely in my workouts.

Today's Insight:

I was distracted by enthusiastic haste and selfish desires, which ultimately led to unfavorable outcomes. I realized that when I quietly let go of these, everything is filled in its own way. This truth reminds me that I need to manage my mind well. Always nurturing pure and good intentions while practicing them and managing my mind is essential. Not rushing or being impatient, but waiting for the perfect time when things are ready, is true strength.

Purity is the strongest force in the world.

To recover my condition, I will temporarily stop consuming protein and focus on compound exercises in a fasted state with no isolated muscle stimulation.

I will drink Manuka honey water at least twice in the evening.

I will never tell even the smallest lie, always being pure, good, and sincere.

To maintain quality sleep and skin, regular body massages and half-body baths are essential. Detox days must be maintained at least once a week.


Exercise and Diet:

Ultimate Goal: Dopamine spike within 30 minutes

For a sweet sleep:

Stop protein intake

Only take collagen supplements

Limit fluid intake in the evening

Exercise: Fasted exercise for fat burning, only compound movements, absolutely no isolated muscle work.


Wisdom:

An expert can handle any situation with ease, and an elite creates an environment where they can always be at ease.

Let’s focus on exercise for the sake of condition, not just for the sake of exercising.
