Fasting Exercise on Friday

Friday (03/07/2025) – Recovery through Fasting Exercise

How do you feel today?

I feel great because my condition has improved and my sleep quality has gotten better.

What do you want to do today?

Reading, exercising, and practicing the ideal version of myself for the future.

Good:

By carefully adjusting my sleep and recovery for a good night’s sleep yesterday, my condition has greatly improved, so I feel great.

Bad:

I should avoid watching stimulating new videos at least 4 hours before sleep. The most important thing is to focus on quality sleep.

Learning:

Do everything you can every day perfectly, but do not rush, worry, or be afraid. If action is required, stand up and make a decision without hesitation, but don’t rush. The moment you start rushing, you stop being creative and become someone who competes instead. Remember this and stop when you notice yourself rushing. Focus on the image you desire and be grateful for the fact that you are already moving toward it. Gratitude will strengthen your faith and help renew your purpose without fail. – The Immortal Wisdom, Willis Delloyd Wattles

Gratitude Note:

I sincerely thank the universe for allowing me to start my day without worries, healthy and refreshed, filled with the things I want to do.

Today’s Enjoyment:

Today’s one thing:

Start a new English book.

Keywords:

Event = Others' business = X Important = Solution – Calm and quick + Assess the situation + Seek alternatives

Today’s Insight:

I’ve learned something new today: don’t rush, don’t be anxious, and to give some space by thinking of things as “others' business” rather than mine for tomorrow. There is no force as strong in this world as innocence.

For recovery, I’ve decided to stop consuming protein for a while and focus on fasting multi-joint exercises only. Absolutely no isolated muscle stimulation.

I will always act with purity, kindness, sincerity, and never tell even the smallest lie.

Goals:

Condition and physical management: Sleep:

10 hours (2-12) Sleep quality (Medium), Skin (Excellent), Physical condition (Excellent), Emotions (Excellent), Productivity (Excellent), Efficiency (Excellent), Creativity (Excellent)

To maintain sleep quality, condition, and skin, I must regularly keep up body massages and half-body baths.

I should also maintain a detox day at least once a week.

Exercise and Diet:

Ultimate goal:

Achieve dopamine spike within 30 minutes

For good sleep: Stop protein intake, take a break from supplements, minimal hydration in the evening.

Exercise: For fat burning, fasting exercises = autophagy, only muscle cardio = multi-joint exercises. Absolutely no isolated muscle stimulation.

A true master can handle any situation with ease, and an elite creates an environment where they can always remain calm.

Let’s do exercises for condition management, not just for the sake of exercise.

This week’s goal:

Maintain slow and relaxed body movements and attitude.

March goal:

Spend at least one day a week at Four Seasons.

2025 goal:

Train for personal growth to become a pure, kind, courteous, humble, calm, and graceful Irene with sincerity and authenticity. Increase external activities. Change time, people, and space. Become a billionaire.

Training:

Act as if you’ve already achieved it – today is the time to practice the future version of myself. Let things flow naturally. True love’s skill is not using techniques. True conversation skill is not using techniques. What I see now and the thoughts I have now shape my present self. If I can’t enjoy something, it’s a signal that something is going wrong. Where I am now is my future. Stay focused on one thing to prevent my energy from being scattered on unnecessary tasks. Routines are a sacred act to find the most optimal simplicity through past trial and error. Greeting should be done with your whole body. Your mindset is your posture. Silence, moderation, immersion.
