Calmly Starting the Week - Monday (03/10/2025)



How do you feel today?

I feel slightly heavy, but I will start the week feeling refreshed.


What do you want to do today?

Reading, exercising, and practicing becoming my future admired self.


Good:

You are maintaining a calm and composed attitude well. With training, you can continue to grow.


Bad:

Can you please use the gym equipment a little more quietly? Strangely, I become too aggressive when working out, as if another persona emerges.

Today's Realization:

I don’t think my identity and selfhood are fully complete yet. Perhaps completion doesn’t even exist. The process of continuously refining myself until the very end is essential.


Most importantly, I believe it is crucial to cultivate a mindset that maintains fundamental courtesy and purity in any situation. Through repeated self-reflection, I must tend to the garden of my mind. The internal changes accumulated through this process will ultimately shape my identity.


People do not attract what they want—they attract who they truly are. If I desire a transformation in life, the most important process is to carefully refine and shape myself in the direction I aspire to be.
