Fully Resting on Sunday

by Irene

Sunday, March 9, 2025 – Fully Resting and Ending the Week Peacefully

How do you feel today?

✨ My body feels light, refreshed, and my condition has fully recovered, so I feel great.

What do you want to do today?

Reading, Exercising, and practicing the future version of myself that I admire.

Good:

Complete rest is the ultimate self-care. Yesterday, my body signaled that it needed rest, so I took a full rest to recharge my energy. I always feel that the foundation of wisdom lies in moderation, and I am thankful for the rest I gave myself yesterday.

Bad:

I tend to open the search engine before bed, thinking it will be just for a moment, but hours fly by quickly. So, I always remind myself to avoid brain-intensive tasks for at least two hours before sleeping, in order to maintain brain efficiency. Yesterday, I opened it for a moment but immediately closed it. I must be careful and cautious about this habit. ⚠️

Learning:

A peaceful mind is like the surface of a calm lake, reflecting life and its many facets as they truly are, like a mirror. On the other hand, an anxious mind reflects distorted images, just as the rough surface of a lake distorts whatever falls upon it.

A weak person is like someone who leaves a galloping horse to run wherever it wants. A strong person, on the other hand, masters the horse, guiding its direction and speed.

A person is not truly victorious until they remain perpetually calm. If their mind becomes unsettled by passing events, their realization is immature, and their mind is not yet completely pure.

— James Allen, The Law of Success

Gratitude Note:

Today, I am truly grateful that I can start the day healthy, refreshed, and filled with the activities I desire.

Today's Joy:

Today's one thing: Starting a new letter.

 Keyword: Self-mastery = Daily effort = Self-control = Mental peace = Control over self = Consistent practice.

Today's Insight:

In fact, I've realized that maintaining a calm mind fundamentally comes from physical strength. I reflected again on the saying "Physical strength is ability." Yesterday, I resisted temptation and listened to my body’s signal to rest, skipping my workout. Today, my condition and energy have greatly recovered. I've come to realize that willpower to maintain a calm and peaceful mind is essential, but it ultimately needs physical strength to back it up. When your physical health improves, your mental peace and ability to maintain composure also improve. ‍♀️ I feel that I am effectively practicing the ultimate self-care and physical strength through complete rest.

Fasting Exercise + Hip and Glute Stimulation / Add Protein / Magnesium-50 / Skin = Shower with the window open / Never use the brain after exercise.

Always shower with the window open because the hot air can damage my skin significantly. I must be extra careful about this.

⚡ Absolutely avoid using the brain for any tasks after exercise.

 Take only 50mg of Magnesium.

⏰ My sleep time has been getting later again. Today, I’ll try to finish my routine early, exercise, and wrap up the day.

True strength lies in purity.

Never tell even the smallest lie, always be pure, kind, sincere, and honest.

️ Calendar

 Cleaning

 Laundry

⚡ Efficiency: Excellent

For sleep quality, condition, and skin, I must regularly maintain body massages and half-body baths.

At least one detox day per week must be maintained.

Exercise & Diet – Ultimate Goal:

⏱️ Within 30 minutes = Dopamine spike = Fasting exercise + Hip and glute stimulation / Add protein / Magnesium-50 / Skin = Shower with the window open / Never use the brain after exercise.

A master can handle any situation with calmness, and an elite creates an environment where they can always remain calm.

Let's exercise not just for the sake of exercise, but for the sake of condition.

This Week’s Goal:

Maintain slow, calm movements and attitude.

March Goal:

Spend at least one day a week at Four Seasons.

2025 Goal:

To become Irene, with purity, kindness, etiquette, humility, calmness, dignity, sincerity, and authenticity, through personal growth training.

Increase external activities, change time, people, and space.

 Become a billionaire.

Training:

Act as if you’ve already achieved it – today is a time to practice being my future self.

 Flow like water naturally.

True love does not use techniques.

True communication does not use techniques.

What I see now, and the thoughts I am having, define who I am.

If I can't enjoy something, it's a signal that something is wrong.

Where I am now is where my future will be.

Focus only on one thing, so that my luck is not scattered on unnecessary tasks.

✨ Routine is a holy act that finds optimal simplicity through trial and error.

‍♀️ A greeting should be made with your whole body.

Your mental attitude becomes your physical attitude.

 Silence, moderation, immersion.
