Tuesday (03/11/2025) – A Blissful Day After a Deep Sleep
How do you feel today?
After a truly perfect deep sleep, I feel absolutely amazing!
What do you want to do today?
Reading, exercising, and practicing becoming my ideal future self.
Good:
Lately, incorporating fasted muscle-focused cardio has significantly improved my overall condition, likely triggering autophagy. My sleep quality has also improved considerably. This reinforces the realization that finding a lifestyle that truly suits my body is the ultimate key to well-being.
During yesterday’s workout, I used the machines quietly as planned—well done! To maintain a refined and composed image while training, it’s crucial to develop control over every movement, even when handling barbells until the very last moment.
Bad:
None.
Lesson:
Words should never be exaggerated or misleading. Everything that comes out of my mouth must be truthful. Deceiving others, even in trivial matters for vanity or personal gain, is a delusion that must be eradicated. A person of virtue must practice the highest standard of honesty in thought, speech, and action. Words should neither add to nor subtract from the truth—they must be precise and accurate.
Once the virtue of honesty is fully practiced and understood, all temptations toward falsehood and hypocrisy vanish, allowing the mind to become pure and noble.
— James Allen

Today’s Insight:
Words should always be truthful, avoiding exaggeration and deviation from facts. Conversations can sometimes be influenced by emotions and atmosphere, but it is essential to remain mindful and careful.
I must take responsibility for every word I speak, ensuring that each one is thoughtfully expressed. To achieve this, I must also embrace the power of silence. Recognizing the weight of words and continuously refining my speech is essential until my identity is fully established.
Condition & Physical Management:
Sleep:
12 hours (2-2)
Sleep Quality: Excellent

To maintain optimal skin and overall condition, I must continue regular body massages and half-baths. A detox day at least once a week is essential.
Exercise & Nutrition:
Ultimate Goal:
Within 30 minutes → Dopamine spike → Fasted low-weight muscle cardio + Glute activation → Protein intake → Magnesium 100mg → Keep the bathroom door open while showering → Avoid cognitive tasks post-workout.
An expert remains composed in any situation, while an elite creates an environment where composure is constant.
Exercise should not be just for the sake of working out—it should be for overall well-being.

What I see and think now determines who I am. If I am not enjoying something, it signals that something is going wrong.
The place I am in now is my future.
Avoid scattering my luck on unnecessary matters—focus on one thing.
Routines are a sacred practice of refining optimal simplicity through accumulated trial and error.
Greetings should be expressed with the whole body.
