Mechanically Executing My Routine – Friday (03/14/2025)
How do I feel today?
Since I skipped my workout yesterday, my body feels a bit heavy, and my condition is slightly off. But I will mechanically follow my routine well.
What do I want to do today?
Reading, exercising, and practicing becoming the admired version of my future self.
Good:
By taking a break from exercise yesterday, I successfully submitted all my finals and assignments, marking the end of a truly well-managed semester. This semester was the most peaceful, relaxed, and composed one I have ever experienced. I feel like I have grown significantly.
Bad:
Due to overtraining on Thursday, my condition suddenly deteriorated yesterday, forcing me to rest. As a result, I can feel a drop in my overall productivity and efficiency today. Once again, I realize that true skill lies in effectively distributing my energy so that I can work out every day.
Lesson Learned:
A life aligned with principles is one that cherishes dreams and ideals. It is a life that is moved by the beauty of the world and values the purity of one’s thoughts and love for others. It is also a life that expresses genuine gratitude for what has been received. I always encourage others to be strong, free, and independent, but I also teach gentleness, purity, and patience. However, these qualities are not the same as weakness. Those with active moral qualities, high purity, and honor—along with the strong, natural instincts of a normal human—are the most suited to achieving a victorious life. We must discipline and tame the savagery within us. We must be the masters of our hearts, minds, and ourselves.

A master remains composed in any situation, while an elite creates an environment that allows for constant composure.
Exercise is not for the sake of exercising; it is for maintaining optimal condition.

This week’s goal: Move as slowly and gracefully as possible.
March goal: Spend at least one day at the Four Seasons.

Training & Mindset:
Act as if I have already achieved my goals—today is a rehearsal for my future self.
Flow naturally like water.
The true art of love is not using techniques.
The true art of conversation is not using techniques.
If I can’t enjoy it, something is wrong.
My current thoughts and observations shape my present self.
The place I am in right now is my future.
Avoid scattering my luck on meaningless things—focus on one thing.
A routine is a sacred act, refined through trial and error, that leads to the simplest and most optimal process.
Greetings should be done with my whole body.
Posture reflects mindset.
Silence, moderation, and deep focus.
